人口老龄化的现实和老龄事业的发展迫切需要开展老年社会工作,文章对20世纪90年代以来的老年社会工作研究进行梳理,从老年社会工作的研究背景、内容、方法及其研究的新视角等方面整理、评述了学术界的相关研究。认为目前对老年社会工作的研究大多停留在宏观的理论层面,鲜有论述老年社会工作开展的具体方法,老年社会工作的研究还需进一步加强。

The reality of population aging and the development of aging enterprise urgently need to carry out the social work with elders.The article expounds the research to the social work with elders since the 1990s.It comments the related research of the social work with elders in the academic circles from the research background,contents,methods and the new angle of view.Currently,the research to the social work with elders mostly stays around the macroscopic theory level,but seldom discusses how to develop the concrete social work with elders.The research of social work with elders still needs to be further strengthened.
