人才资源为乡村振兴提供智力支撑,乡土人才队伍的建设有利于完善重庆市人才队伍体系,助推重庆市科教兴市和人才强市行动计划走深走实。目前重庆市乡土人才队伍存在结构不合理、分布不均衡等问题,文章探究产生问题的原因,并从搭建发展平台、精细化培训、完善职称评定体系、加强保障激励以及建立乡土人才数据库几个方面提出对策建议。乡土人才的培育和引进对于改善农业产业结构、推广农业技术、加快农村治理体系现代化有着重要意义。

As the intellectual support of rural revitalization, the construction of local talent team is conducive to the improvement of Chongqing talent team system, and to the deepening and implementation of Chongqing action plan of invigorating the city by science and education and strengthening the city by talents. At present, all kinds of local talents in Chongqing still face the problems of unreasonable structure and unbalanced distribution. Therefore, the causes of the problems were explored, and the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of building development platform, fine education and training, improving the title evaluation system, strengthening the guarantee and incentive, and establishing the local talents data base. The cultivation and introduction of local talents is of great significance to improve the structure of agricultural industry, popularize agricultural technology and accelerate the modernization of rural governance system.
