非物质文化遗产是传播人类智慧与文明的重要媒介，是中华民族优秀且丰富的精神财富，也是重要的外宣材料。其翻译质量对传播我国非遗文化有着重要的影响，因此译者肩负着传播中华民族优秀文化的重要使命。了解非遗的首要途径就是术语的翻译，术语翻译的准确性将直接影响人们对非遗知识的理解。通过构建国家级非遗项目术语数据库，并根据关联理论总结出一些非遗术语的翻译方法及策略，以期为后续其他非遗文本翻译提供一些翻译策略，提高译者译文的水平，从而降低甚至消除译文不准确所造成的不利影响，达到更好的传播效果。

Intangible cultural heritage is the main medium for spreading human wisdom and civilization. And it's also the excellent and rich spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation, as well as an important material for external publicity. Its translation quality has an important impact on the dissemination of Chinese intangible cultural heritage, so the translators must shoulder the important mission of disseminating the excellent culture of the Chinese nation. One of the important ways to understand intangible cultural heritage is the translation of terms, and the accuracy of terminology translation will directly affect people's understanding of intangible cultural heritage-related knowledge. By establishing a national intangible cultural heritage project database and summarizing some translation methods of intangible cultural heritage terms based on relevance theory, some translation strategies for the subsequent translation of other non-heritage texts will be provided and the translator's translation level will be improved, so as to reduce or even eliminate the adverse effects caused by inaccurate translation and achieve better communication effect.
